Coral Co., Ltd is a Cambodian start-up, officially registered in July 2017, with a core vision to make professional life more efficient.

In September 2017, Corarl introduced the beta version of Corarl HR, a cloud-based HR management system, to test the market. Since then, the company has grown to serve over 300 organizations nationwide, spanning sectors such as banking, manufacturing, hospitality, trading, and NGOs, and now supports more than 20,000 employees.

Corarl is advancing as an integrated technology and service provider, dedicated to helping organizations achieve operational excellence and strengthen their ability to comply with international best practices and recognized standards, including ISO management systems, food safety certification schemes, and social responsibility frameworks such as SMETA.

Corarl continues to thrive by applying best practices, introducing new features, and leveraging technology to support organizations in Cambodia and beyond, with the long-term goal of expanding across Southeast Asia.
